At ACW Metal Marking, every tag and plate is made to order and laser engraved to specification. We focus on quality, accuracy and durability, which means production times are slightly longer than mass-produced items. Below is a clear outline of our typical production and delivery times.

Production Turnaround Times

Our standard engraving turnaround times are approximately 5–7 working days, depending on order size and complexity:

✔ Small orders (1–25 items): typically within 2–7 working days

✔ Medium orders (25–100 items): 5–7 working days

✔ Large or complex orders: 7–10 working days

✔ Custom layouts, new artwork or bulk projects may require additional time

All plates are engraved individually and inspected to ensure accuracy before dispatch.

Need It Faster?

If you have a time-critical requirement, please contact us before ordering. In some cases, we may be able to prioritise urgent jobs, subject to workload and material availability.

Delivery Times (Shipping)

Shipping time begins after production is complete.

UK Delivery Options

Royal Mail 1st Class: 1–2 working days

Royal Mail Tracked 24: Next working day (most areas)

Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2 working days

Courier delivery (larger or heavier orders): 1 working day

International Shipping

Europe: 3–7 working days

You will receive:
